FC Twente books victory over ADO Den Haag

FC Twente booked its 13th successive home victory after its 3-1 victory over ADO Den Haag. The guests from The Hague started furiously, scoring within the first 11 seconds, through Wesley Verhoek. FC Twente managed to get back into the match via a cooly taken penalty by Bryan Ruiz. In the second half Bryan Ruiz scored again, Luuk de Jong slotted a throughball to Ruiz who, one on one with the keeper, stayed cool and finished off the 2-1. The last goal of the match came from Kenneth Perez who's deflected cross found its way into the goal. With the win FC Twente move ahead of PSV and Ajax respectively 5 and 9 points. Both teams play each other in Amsterdam on Sunday. FC Twente have now collected 70 points out of 27 matches.
