FC Twente defeated in semi-final

FC Twente has not managed to secure a spot in the KNVB Cup Final. In Rotterdam, in De Kuip, Feyenoord proved to strong (2-1). In the first half FC Twente was the better team but only showed this through one goal. FC Twente scored via Ruiz which led them to a 0-1 half-time score. After the break van Bronckhorst scored the equalizer and 10 minutes from time Roy Makaay, scored the goal that sealed the victory for Feyenoord.
