Foundation FC Twente, Scoren in de Wijk
Ofcourse, for a club as FC Twente football is important but aside from that there are various ways in which the club tries to socially bond with its surroundings. This was the main thought when starting the project of 'Scoren in de Wijk' in 2005.
Football, atmosphere and solidarity are the important pillars under FC Twente. Of course, football is the main motive of the club, but a good atmosphere and solidarity will help to get better results in many aspects. FC Twente strives to be a club that is in the middle of society that is not just focused on football results but also on results to be a good member of society.
Support neighborhoods
By expressing her support in a neighborhood, Foundation FC Twente, brings 'Noaberschap' into practice with Scoren in de Wijk. A good neighbor (noaber) is better than a far friend.
